OLYMPUS

FAQ

The server

What is OLYMPUS?

OLYMPUS is a private Plex server. This site gives you the links, the guides, and the tools for it.

How do I get access?

Click Join on the home page and send the form. After approval, Plex sends you an invitation by email. Then follow Get started.

I can already see OLYMPUS movies in Plex. Do I send the form?

No. You already have access.

What is Plex?

Plex is a media platform. It organizes and streams the movies and TV shows on the server. Use the Plex web app or the Plex app on your device.

What does the status on the home page mean?

It shows if Plex and the request site are up. If one is down, try again later. You can also send a message with Report a problem.

Requests

What is the request site?

The request site (Seerr) is a wish list. Use it to ask for movies and TV shows that are not on Plex yet. You can also report a problem with a title.

How do I request a movie or show?
  1. Open the request site and sign in with Plex.
  2. Search for the title.
  3. Open the title and click Request. For a TV show, choose the seasons.

If there is no Request button, the title is already on Plex or someone already asked for it.

How long does a request take?

A movie must have a digital or disc release first. A TV episode must air first. After that, it can take from a few hours to a few days. If a title seems stuck, report a problem on it.

I cannot sign in to the request site.

Sign in with your Plex account. You must accept the Plex invitation first. See Accept the invitation.

How do I report a problem with a title?
  1. Open the title on the request site.
  2. Click Report Issue.
  3. Choose the type: video, audio, subtitle, or other.
  4. Describe the problem and send it.
